Hello! My name is Carolyn, and I am a proud mother of 7 and grandmother to many wonderful grandchildren. My faith as a Christian is a guiding light in all I do, and I genuinely love my work as a notary public and loan signing agent. I have been a commissioned notary for over 8 years and am certified through both the National Notary Association (NNA) and the Loan Signing System (LSS). I specialize in loan signings and have extensive experience with refinances, HELOCs, seller and buyer packages, cash purchases, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and more. I walk borrowers through the loan package step by step, answer any general questions, and collaborate with loan officers when needed to ensure clarity.
